I do not sell agency services. I work directly as an engineer, facilitator, and director. This weaves technical architecture, team dynamics, and business strategy into a single, cohesive workflow without intermediaries.

As a programmer-architect, I know code from the inside: designing distributed systems, optimizing databases, and building resilient infrastructure. My technical decisions are pragmatic, performance-driven, and free of accidental complexity.

As a facilitator, I work with group and individual processes. Code is written by people, meaning most technical problems are communication issues in disguise. I help teams resolve conflicts, dissolve mental and process blocks, and find a shared rhythm.

As a director, I align technology with business objectives: managing budgets, risks, marketing, and product development. Instead of chaotic firefighting, I build transparent systems where processes serve people, not exhaust them.

Helping overcome engineering deadlocks, establish product rhythms, and restore team energy.

Direct interaction means collaborating directly with the project builder and architect, bypassing middlemen like project managers, assistants, or agencies. The person who designs the architecture and writes the code also facilitates your team sessions and guides product decisions. This eliminates communication lag and information loss.
