Hi — I’m Illia Zub

I work as an engineering lead, husband, and parent. I learn from different teachers and test self-care approaches on myself.

Facilitating these sessions feels light and genuinely enjoyable.

How it works

  1. 01 You register and get an email with a Zoom link.
  2. 02 We meet once a week (60–90 minutes). We check in, then shape the session around the group’s main question.
  3. 03 We practice breath, gentle movement, and small sleep-related exercises — I adjust live.
  4. 04 There is a private chat for support between sessions.

How to pay

A single one-time payment through Stripe (card) — no subscription, no monthly billing.

  • One founding payment of 15 EUR and you are in the group.
  • No recurring charges: you pay once, and your rate is locked.

FAQ

How big is the group?

Up to ~50 people — enough energy, still possible to hear each other.

Can the theme change?

Yes — we do a quick check-in and follow the group’s main thread.

What if I miss a session?

You get a recording and notes; ask in chat and we’ll pick it up next time.

What results can I expect?

Everyone is different — the sessions are practice and support, not treatment. Think of them as a regular space to slow down rather than a guaranteed outcome.

Any gear needed?

A comfortable spot, headphones, stable internet; a small massage ball can help.
