How it works
- 01 You register and get an email with a Zoom link.
- 02 We meet once a week (60–90 minutes). We check in, then shape the session around the group’s main question.
- 03 We practice breath, gentle movement, and small sleep-related exercises — I adjust live.
- 04 There is a private chat for support between sessions.
