Sometimes, or usually, it is enough to turn attention to your feelings right now — and we begin to recover, to restore our contact with life.
Feelings are not thoughts, plans, reflections, or illusions. Sometimes feelings need time. Sometimes, or usually, saying "I am stuck" is enough to "get out" of the state. Sometimes it takes time to get acquainted with the spectrum of available feelings, to discover other options besides what we felt.
