This is not a “read and fall asleep” course. It is a live rhythm: breath, light movement, short sleep practices — plus a room where it is OK to say “I still did not sleep.”
We do not promise miracles in a week. We promise honest practice: small steps many people could keep between calls, plus recording and notes if you miss a week.

- I adjust live — no “perform every drill perfectly” energy.

Between sessions
- Private chat for short questions and nudges.
- Recordings and notes when you cannot be online.
