A 12-week structured path: sleep, breath, light, movement, and tracking -- practiced weekly in a small group, supported between sessions.

Join from home or the office. I work as an engineering lead, husband, and parent. I learn from different teachers and test self-care approaches on myself -- then share what actually held up.

Facilitating these sessions feels light and genuinely enjoyable. I am not a doctor; I will say so clearly and refer you out when that is what you need.

The path: 6 modules, 12 weeks

Phase 01

Module 1: Sleep as Infrastructure

  • Your personal sleep-wake rhythm, morning light protocol.
  • The 4-7-8 breath technique for lights-out.
Phase 02

Module 2: Breath and the Autonomic Dial

  • Coherent breathing, activation vs. rest.
  • What HRV actually tells you -- and what it does not.
Phase 03

Module 3: Light, Rhythm, and the Day-Body

  • Circadian scaffolding for your real schedule -- shift work, parenting, travel.
  • When blue-light blockers help and when they are theater.
Phase 04

Module 4: Somatic Ease

  • A 10-minute daily movement vocabulary: body scan, stretch, floor work, yoga nidra.
  • The difference between exercise and somatic movement.
Phase 05

Module 5: Tracking Without Obsessing

  • Wearables, paper logs, and the difference between data and body knowledge.
  • When tracking helps and when it makes sleep worse.
Phase 06

Module 6: Integration

  • Your one-page comfort protocol.
  • What comes next: the ongoing circle, a 1:1 consult, or self-practice.

How it works

  1. 01 You register and receive an email with a Zoom link and access to the LMS.
  2. 02 We meet once a week (60--90 minutes): check-in, then the session's module practice. I adjust live.
  3. 03 Between sessions: a private Telegram channel for support, recordings, and session notes in the LMS.
  4. 04 After 12 weeks you can join the monthly Ongoing Circle or continue independently with your comfort protocol.
